The Disciple’s Life

Wow, what a day. Started out with the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag at Chick & Ruth with Michael Perry, then praying for our respective lives of family and ministry. It is great to have a friend like Michael. After dropping him off at the airport, my time with Will began again. What a joy to discuss our highs and lows of the last six months. Real transparent discussion about life with my 23 year old son; man to man, brother to brother, friend to friend. Just thinking about this time causes me to tear up with joy. Talking about Jesus and his role in our respective lives … thank you Jesus.
I am grateful for the internship he will be part of. Learning to live and love like Jesus. I wish all of us could do this internship. Actually we can, it is called the disciple’s life. Lord help me to live and love like your Son Jesus. Amen.

    Welcome to the blogging world!

I just posted today a blog about family camp (Crier Creek). We love it so much.

Our kids are in Tyler at Towers, Ranch and Timbers this week. Praying for all of Pine Cove … may God do a glorious work.

  3. There is no better legacy to leave your son, then the legacy of true discipline and devotion to our Creator and Lord. Your reward here on Earth will be great to watch his growth, but in Eternity, God will say “well done.” May your legacy continue.

Please visit my blog as well…especially some of the archived pieces and catch up with our family.

God bless, Ted and Coleene VanTilburg
